I’m a photographer and social media strategist from Costa Rica and currently reside in restaurant-capital New York City. In 2017, I lived in Paris where I fell in love with pastry, and started to pursue a career in food media. I speak 3 languages, love to bake, read, and explore farmer’s markets.
I’ve gotten a variety of experience in the food and media industry in places like Slow Food USA, Museum of Food & Drink (MOFAD) and with food influencers Skyler Bouchard from @diningwithskyler, as well as contributed photos to Eater and assisted in photoshoots with The New York Times, The Daily Meal, and more. I’ve created content and managed social media accounts for Rezdôra, Mercado Little Spain, Du’s Donuts, Lekka Burger & more. Sustainability, food diversity, and combining it all with beautiful design is also a driving force in my personal work (see Vibrant Palate).
I’m currently working as a Creative Strategist and Content Producer at LaForce and working with a variety of luxury brands in the luxury Food & Beverage space. For more information, contact me via email: vibrantvaleria@gmail.com
